Shri Hanuman Properties

Our office for Shri Hanuman Properties is down in the basement of Vishal Chamber, B-4A Sector 18. It’s a bit of a maze in this part of Sector-18, but once you find the basement, it’s nice and quiet away from the street noise. We’ve been operating out of this space for quite some time. The walls are lined with maps of the different blocks in the sector. Dealing with property in this area means you have to know every nook and cranny, and we’ve spent years learning them. We handle a lot of commercial rentals because this is such a big business hub, but we also do some residential stuff on the side. We don't have a receptionist or fancy coffee machines; if you come in, one of us will just pull up a chair for you. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting with people who want to lease out their office space. We try to be very careful with the details because even a small mistake in a lease can cause big problems later on. We aren't interested in being the most famous agency in town. We just want to do our job well so people come back next time they need a new spot. Sometimes the basement gets a bit chilly in the winter, but it's a good place to work and keep our records organized.
