Shri Bankey Bihari Real Estate

Our shop is Shri Bankey Bihari Real Estate, located at Shop No 6/41 in J Block of Rajouri Garden. Rajouri is a pretty fast-paced place, and J Block is right in the middle of a lot of it. We’ve been here in this shop for a good stretch now. It’s a small space, but it’s enough for us to handle the property work we do. Mostly we deal with local flats and floors around Rajouri Garden. People know us in the neighborhood, so they often just walk in to see if anything new has come up for rent or sale. It’s a lot of talking and showing people around different streets. We know which lanes are quiet and where the parking is a nightmare. It’s the kind of knowledge you only get by being here every day. We don't use any fancy systems, just our own notes and a good memory for who is looking for what. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded when a few families come in at once, but we manage. Rajouri Garden has always been a popular spot, so there is never a dull moment. We just keep doing our thing, helping folks find a decent place to live or set up their own shop. It’s simple work, and we like being part of the J Block community.
