We are based out of B 32/32 over in Sector 27. It is a relatively quiet spot compared to some of the main roads nearby, which we actually prefer. Most of the work we do involves the specific properties right here in this sector. We have been around the block for a while, so we have seen many families move in and their kids grow up over the years. We handle basic things like rentals and helping people buy or sell their houses. It is a very straightforward business for us. We do not have a flashy website or any of those big billboards you see on the highway. People usually find out about us because a friend or a neighbor told them to come by. The office itself is nothing special to look at, just a place to sit down and go over the legal details of a lease or a property sale. Sometimes the government paperwork takes much longer than we would like, but that is just how it goes with real estate. We try to be very clear about the costs and the rules so there are no strange surprises for anyone later on. Often, we are out on the field looking at plots or checking on a flat that just became vacant this morning. If we are not at the desk, we are probably just a few blocks away talking to a landlord or a tenant.
