Our office is right in Block A 49 of Sector 2. If you take the metro to Sector 15 and walk a bit, you’ll find us. It’s a convenient spot in Noida for people who work in the city but want to live somewhere reachable. I started Satbir Choudhary Property Dealer because I saw how much people struggled to find honest info about rentals. It’s a small room with a window that looks out onto the street. We get a lot of noise from the traffic, but you get used to it. I keep a diary of all the available sectors and what the going rates are. It changes every month it seems. I don’t use any fancy software, just my phone and my notebook. Sometimes people come in frustrated after looking at bad flats all day. I tell them to sit down and relax. We show them what we have on the list. We deal with commercial spots too since Sector 2 has a lot of businesses. It’s just me and a helper who knows the shortcuts around the blocks. We try to be straightforward. If a place has a leaky tap or a grumpy landlord, I’ll usually tell you. There’s no point in hiding things because people find out anyway. We aren't some big corporate office with glass walls. It's just a regular place where you can talk about finding a home or an office without feeling pressured.
