S D Realtors is up on the first floor of Ocean Plaza, in room 109. That’s in Sector 18. It’s a pretty standard office building, and we’ve been here for a while now. The office isn't very big, but it fits everything we need. We have a few desks, some chairs for when people visit, and a lot of cabinets for all the files. Sector 18 is a busy part of the world, and Ocean Plaza stays active all day. We like being on the first floor because it’s not too many stairs but still gets us away from the street noise a little bit. We spend most of our time looking at listings and making calls. It’s not the kind of place with fancy art on the walls or leather sofas. It’s just where we come to work every morning. Sometimes the hallway in the plaza is a bit crowded, but our office is a quiet enough spot to get things done. We know the other people working in the building, which is nice. It feels like a little community. We don't have any big corporate goals to talk about. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep everything organized. It’s a simple setup and it works for us. If you walk past room 109, you'll probably see us buried in paperwork or talking on the phone with a client. It's not glamorous, but we like the routine of being in Ocean Plaza and staying part of the Sector 18 neighborhood.
