Rohit Gujral Properties is over at C 98 7 in Hindon Vihar. That's in Sector 41. It’s a bit more tucked away than the big commercial centers, which we actually prefer for our daily work. We’ve been working from this location for quite a while now. We handle various property matters for the people who live and work around here. It’s mostly about knowing the local market and who is looking for a new place to stay. We don't use any fancy apps or high-tech systems to track things. We just have our folders and a good memory of the area. Sector 41 is a nice place, and we’ve gotten to know many of the families who live around Hindon Vihar. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just some chairs and a table where we can sit and talk over a cup of tea. We don't go for those big corporate speeches or polished brochures. We just talk about property prices and what’s available. Sometimes the market is slow and we just sit and wait for the phone to ring. Other times it’s so busy we can barely keep up with the walk-ins. That’s just the way this business goes. We aren't looking to expand into some huge company. We like being a local presence where people can just walk in and ask a simple question. We know the streets here better than anyone else does.
