Prop World Realty Pvt Ltd is located over at Sector 18. Specifically, we are on the first floor of Krishna Apra Plaza, unit F1 at P 3. It is a known spot in the area for shops and offices. We spend most of our time here looking at property listings and talking to people who want to move into the sector. Being on the first floor makes it easy for people to drop by after they do their shopping downstairs. The office isn't huge but it fits our desks and the files we need. We handle a lot of the local real estate tasks that come up in this part of town. It’s mostly about knowing who is moving out and who is looking for a new spot. We don't do much advertising because most people just find us through word of mouth or by seeing the sign in the plaza. It gets quite busy on the weekends when people have time off to look at houses. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up when it’s a hectic week. Dealing with property can be slow sometimes with all the checks and signatures required. We just take it one step at a time. If you’re walking around Krishna Apra Plaza, you’ll probably see our door. It’s a standard setup.
