Prime Estates

We are located at 201, Siddharth Bldg-96 in Nehru Place. Being so close to Delhi Public School means we see a lot of the daily school rush from our windows. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet people about property. Nehru Place is a very busy hub and we have been working out of this spot for quite some time now. We mostly deal with the offices and flats around this specific area of Delhi. It’s a lot of sitting at the desk, taking phone calls, and then running out to show someone a space before the traffic gets too bad in the afternoon. We don't have a big team or any flashy marketing. It’s just us doing the daily work of tracking who is moving where. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy and the tea gets cold because we are busy talking to a landlord. We know the local area well because we spend all our time here. If you are looking for a place or need to rent out your own, we just provide the basic help to get it done. It’s a practical business and we like the local feel of it despite how big the city is. We try to keep things straightforward for everyone who walks through the door. There isn't any corporate talk here, just regular conversations about buildings and prices. That is basically how we spend our days at the office.
