Parmatma Real Estate is up on the 4th floor of the Wave Silver Tower, located at 419/421 on the Sector 18 Main Road. Being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view of the busy street below, which is always full of cars and people. Sector 18 is a hectic area, but we like the energy of it. Our office is a functional space where we handle all sorts of property deals. It’s not particularly stylish, but it has enough room for us to sit down with clients and go over the details of a lease or a purchase. We spend a lot of time on the phone or running out to show people different units in the tower or nearby blocks. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes forever, so we end up waiting around a lot. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just a small team of us who know the local real estate scene in this part of town. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. If a place has a leak or the parking is bad, we’ll probably tell you. We aren't here to give a polished presentation; we just want to help you find a space that works for your needs. It’s a regular job for us, and we try to do it right every day.
