Pareek Realtors

We are located at Shop No 22, over in Block No 8/A of Sector 34. It's right near the NTPC Township, so we get a lot of people from there stopping by to ask about rentals or buying. Pareek Realtors is a small operation. It’s mostly just me and a couple of helpers. The shop isn't very large, but we’ve got enough space to sit and chat about what you’re looking for. We know Sector 34 pretty well since we spend most of our time walking the blocks here. Property can be a tricky business with all the rules, so we try to explain things simply. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk. If you want a place near the township, we probably know who is moving out soon. We've helped a lot of families settle in this area over the years. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning till evening. Sometimes we get a bit behind on returning calls when we're out showing a house, but we always get back to people eventually. We don't have any big posters or flashy lights. Just a small sign and a door that's usually open. We like the neighborhood and the people here. It's a decent place to work, and we just try to help people find a good spot to live.
