You can find us over in Nithari Village, which is part of Sector 31. It is a bit of a different vibe compared to the newer high-rise areas further out. The streets are a little narrower and it feels more like an old neighborhood. We have been set up here for a while now, working on various realty services. Our office is not anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet with clients to discuss their plans. Most of the people who come to see us are from around the area or have heard about us from a neighbor. We spend a lot of our time walking around the sector or the village to see what is available. It is a lot of talking to owners and figuring out who wants to sell and who might be looking to buy. We do not have a big staff, so we end up doing a bit of everything ourselves. Sometimes we are filing papers, and other times we are showing someone a house just down the road. It can get a bit dusty and loud with all the activity in Nithari, but it is a lively place to be. We know the shortcuts and the backstreets pretty well by now. It is a straightforward business, really. We just help people find their way through the local property market without making things too complicated.
