Mihir Realtors

Mihir Realtors operates out of an office on the first floor in Ansal Fortune Arcade. We are over in Sector 18, which is always a bit of a scramble for parking, but we have been at number 27 for a while. It is a decent space where we handle all the real estate stuff that comes our way. There is no big receptionist or glossy brochures everywhere, just us and some computers and files. Usually, the day starts with checking messages and then it is a lot of driving around to show properties to folks who are looking for something new. Being on the first floor means we see a lot of people walking by in the arcade, and sometimes they just pop their head in to ask about rent prices. We try to keep things straightforward and simple because that is what works best for everyone. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about the market, and other days we are running around until late at night trying to get paperwork finished. The office gets a bit noisy when the arcade is full, but it feels like we are part of the local scene. We have got a few desks pushed together and some old cupboards filled with property records from the last few years. It is just a regular local business where we do our best to stay organized and help out.
