Malhotra Properties

We are based at Plot No. 21 in Block C of Sector 2. Finding us is usually easy because we are right near the Nirula Restaurant, which everyone knows. Malhotra Properties has been sitting in this same spot for a good while now. It is not some high-end corporate office with polished floors or glass walls. Instead, it is just a simple room with some desks, chairs, and stacks of files that have piled up over the months. On most days, you will find us just sitting here talking with people from the neighborhood or folks who are thinking about moving into the area. Sector 2 stays pretty busy, so there is always noise and movement outside the door. We keep our way of working very basic. If someone walks in asking about a plot, we tell them the truth about it. There is no fancy talk or complicated explanations here. Every now and then, the local tea guy stops by, and we take a quick break. It is a very normal way to spend the day. We have walked the streets of Block C so many times that we know every corner. The office gets a little bit of dust from the road traffic, but that is just part of being here. Our team is tiny, just a couple of us who understand how the local market moves. People often stop by just to say hello. That is just the way things are in this part of town and we like it.
