Malhotra Estate

You can find us at 208 in the Krishna Apra Plaza building, which is over in Sector 28. It’s one of those busy plaza setups where there’s always something going on in the hallways. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s enough space for a couple of desks and a place for people to sit down and talk about real estate. We spend a lot of time looking at listings and trying to keep track of who is selling what in the sector. It’s a lot of computer work mixed with going out to show apartments to people who might be interested. The view from the window is just more of the plaza and the street below, which can get pretty crowded during the middle of the day. We don’t use any fancy marketing tricks at Malhotra Estate; we just tell people what we know about the properties and let them make their own minds up. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which keeps us moving I guess. It’s a straightforward life, dealing with contracts and keys and the occasional frustrated landlord. We’ve been in Sector 28 long enough to know the shortcuts and the better places to grab lunch. It’s just us here, working through the pile of folders and answering the phone whenever it rings, trying to keep things moving along for everyone involved. We don't pretend to be more than a small local office doing its job.
