Ma Laxmi Properties

Ma Laxmi Properties is located at 509 in the Wave Silver Tower over in Sector-18. It is a busy part of the city, and our office on the fifth floor gives us a good view of the hustle and bustle outside. We aren't a massive corporate firm with a lot of polished executives. It is just a small team of us who know the local property market around this sector. We spend a lot of time looking at different listings and talking to owners. If you come by, you’ll probably see us surrounded by stacks of paper and maps of the area. We handle all sorts of property needs, whether it is someone looking for a new office space or a small flat for their family. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people walking in or calling us up. Some days are quieter than others, but we stay busy checking on new developments nearby. We try to be very straightforward about what a property is really like. If a place has some issues, we’ll tell you. We’ve been in this building for a while now and we like the community here. Sector-18 has changed a lot since we started, with more glass buildings and traffic than before. We just do our best to keep up with it all and help our clients find what they need without any fuss or complicated sales pitches.
