M B Properties

M B Properties is located right in Mayur Vihar Phase III. We are over at C-1/217. It is a busy neighborhood in New Kondli and we have been part of it for a bit now. Our office is not anything special to look at, just a place to get work done. We handle property stuff for people around this area. Some days we are out looking at flats and other days we are just stuck behind the desk with the fan on. It gets quite crowded on the streets outside during the evenings. You will find us easily if you know the New Kondli area well. We do not go in for big speeches about what we do or how we do it. We just help folks find places or sort out their documents. It is a lot of talking to neighbors and checking out what is available in Phase III. Sometimes the phone rings all day and sometimes it is quiet enough to hear the birds. We like it that way. Being a small setup at C-1/217 suits our style. We are not trying to be a massive corporation. Just M B Properties, doing the daily tasks. People come in with questions about rent or buying and we tell them what we know. It is honest work in a part of Delhi we know very well. If you are walking by, you have probably seen our door.
