Logic Properties

You can find Logic Properties on the lower ground floor of Raj Palace. We are right in the middle of Atta Market in Sector 27. Being near Vinayak Hospital means it’s always busy around here. The market is loud and full of energy, but once you come down to our office, it’s a bit quieter. We deal with houses and shops mostly. There are always people coming in with questions about rent or buying a small space. The office isn’t huge, so it gets a bit cramped when more than three people show up at once. We’ve got some old chairs for visitors and a desk that’s seen better days. We don't use any fancy software for everything; we still like our paper files. It’s just how we’ve always done it. The light down here isn't the best, so we have a few extra lamps. We know the local vendors in the market and usually get our lunch from one of the stalls nearby. It’s a lot of talking to people and walking around the different blocks to see what’s available. We don’t try to act like a big corporation. We are just a local team trying to help people find a place that fits their needs. Sometimes we stay late because someone could only meet after work. That's just part of the job. We have been here for years and know every corner of this sector.
