Laalay Estates

We operate out of Sector 27, specifically at B 3/9. It’s a pretty straightforward spot. Laalay Estates is mostly just a place where we keep our files and meet people when they need to talk about property stuff. Sector 27 is a decent area, and being here makes it easy to get around the neighborhood. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space with the usual furniture and a computer that sometimes acts up. We’ve been here for a bit, so we know the neighbors and the local shops around the corner. Most of the day is spent either on the phone or driving around to look at different houses or plots. It gets pretty busy, especially in the afternoons. Sometimes we forget to tidy up the front desk when things get moving fast. It's just how a small office works. We don’t have a receptionist or anything, so if the door is locked, it just means we’re out at a site visit. We try to be back as soon as we can. Working in real estate in this part of town means knowing which streets are blocked off and where the new construction is happening. Laalay Estates is basically just us doing our daily work in Sector 27. It's a quiet enough street most of the time, which is nice when we have to focus on paperwork. We just keep things simple and practical here. There isn't much more to it than that, really.
