Our office is on Plot C-54, up on the first floor in Sector-2. We are quite close to Sector 15, which makes it easy to go back and forth between the two areas. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main market, but we still get our fair share of visitors. The office has a few desks and some old chairs that have been with us since we started. We handle a lot of different property matters, from simple rentals to bigger land deals. Most mornings start with checking the new listings and seeing who called overnight. Sector-2 is a good place to work from because we know most of the owners around here personally. We do not do much advertising; most people just hear about us from their friends or neighbors. It is a small operation at Kfs Realtors Real Estate, and we like it that way because it keeps things simple. We spend a lot of time out in the sun showing people different plots, so we are often a bit tired by the end of the day. There is always a lot of paperwork to file, and sometimes the filing cabinet gets a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We just try to give people the straight facts about whatever they are looking at and let them make up their own minds. We are just the folks on the first floor near Sector 15 and do not plan on moving anytime soon.
