Kay 24 Properties

Our office for Kay 24 Properties is up on the second floor of Ocean Plaza, room 202. Sector 18 is a busy place, so there’s always something happening outside. We’ve been working out of this building for a while now. It’s a small team here. We handle a lot of property inquiries for the local area. Usually, the phone starts ringing early and doesn't really stop until we head home. We deal with all sorts of things, from people looking for a small shop to families needing a new apartment. Sector 18 has a lot of energy and we like being in the middle of it. The office isn't anything special, just a few desks, a computer that acts up sometimes, and a coffee machine that we use too much. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to do right by the people who walk through our door. Sometimes we have to run around to different sectors to check on properties, so the office might be empty for an hour here or there. It’s a lot of walking and talking. We know the local shops and the other business owners in Ocean Plaza. It feels like a little community. Most of our clients are just regular people trying to figure out their next move. We try to make it easy for them. The elevator can be slow during lunch time when everyone is going out, so we often just take the stairs. There’s a nice view of the street from our window, though it’s mostly just cars and people rushing around. We keep a bowl of candies on the desk but the staff usually eats most of them before the clients arrive. It’s just a normal office doing normal work without any big fuss or fancy titles involved.
