Kargil Properties

Our place is at number 40 in Sector 18. We are on the ground floor, so there aren't any stairs to worry about. Sector 18 is a decent area and we’ve been here at Kargil Properties for a while. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a door and a sign. Inside, we keep things organized the best we can with our files and maps of the sector. It’s usually pretty quiet around our part of the street, which is nice for when we need to focus on contracts. We mostly work with the houses and plots right here in the neighborhood. People from the sector often stop by just to see what the market is doing or to ask about a specific house they saw. We don’t have a big staff, so it’s usually just one or two of us here. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, meeting people at their gates or walking through empty plots of land. We don't go in for fancy talk or big sales pitches. We just show the property, tell the truth about it, and let the person decide if they like it. It’s a very local way of doing things. Being on the ground floor of number 40 makes it easy for folks in the sector to come talk to us. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out. It’s not complicated, but it’s ours.
