Jai Kishan Estates

Jai Kishan Estates is located in office 206 at Krishna Apra Plaza, which is in Sector 18 Phase 3. If you’ve spent any time in Sector 18, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the different plazas and buildings, but Krishna Apra is a well-known spot. We spend most of our time here in the office, keeping track of the different commercial and residential spaces available in this phase. It’s a busy environment with a lot of shops and offices nearby, so there is always someone looking for a new space or trying to move their business. We don't really use any fancy marketing tricks or big slogans. We just stay here and work the phones or talk to whoever walks through the door. It’s a small operation, really. We know the layout of Phase 3 like the back of our hand because we’ve been here so long. Whether it's a small shop or a place to live, we usually have a good idea of what’s going on in the building and the ones next to it. People come to us because we are right here in the middle of it all. It’s not always easy work, and there’s a lot of waiting around sometimes, but it’s what we do.
