Our small office is at 37-A in the Aravali Apartments in Sector 52. It is more like a home-style office than a professional corporate space, which really suits the way we like to work. Since we live and work in the same general area, we have a good understanding of all the buildings around this part of the sector. We have been handling property deals here for a long time. The main desk is usually a bit of a mess with various folders and notebooks scattered around from different projects. We do not have a formal reception area or anything like that. If someone wants to talk about an apartment, they just come in and take a seat. Most of our day is spent either right here or walking over to the nearby blocks to show people around a flat. It is a fairly quiet area compared to the big markets, which is something we appreciate. We get to know the neighbors and the security guards at the gates pretty well. Sometimes we have to deal with the same power cuts or water problems that everyone else in the apartments faces. We do not use any fancy marketing tricks to get business. Most people hear about us from someone else who already lives in Sector 52. It is just a small operation with a few of us trying to help people find a place to live.
