Innovations Real Estate

You can find us over at B 32 Sector 9, up on the first floor. Innovations Real Estate has been running out of this space for a good while now. Being on the first floor means it’s a little quieter than the shops on the ground level, which is nice when we’re trying to concentrate on property documents. The office isn’t much to look at, just some desks and a few old shelves filled with folders. We didn’t spend a lot of time on decorating because we’re usually too busy with work. People come up the stairs to talk about houses or commercial spots they’re looking for in the sector. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or staring at computer screens, but we always have time for whoever walks through the door. Sector 9 is a busy part of town, and there’s always something changing out there. From our window, we’ve seen new buildings go up and old ones get fixed up. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from filing to showing people around. We don’t use any of those polished sales lines you hear sometimes. We’d rather just give it to people straight. It’s a practical way to handle real estate, and it keeps things simple for everyone involved in the process.
