We are located over in Sector 18, right inside Ansal Fortune Arcade. It’s a spot that stays busy almost all day long. If you know the area, you know how much is happening around Sector 18. Our space here at Hsn Realty Services is pretty straightforward. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. We spend our time helping people navigate the local market here. It’s not always easy because prices and availability change so fast. We don't use any high-tech systems, just our experience and a lot of talking to neighbors and other business owners. Sometimes we’re out of the office showing a shop or an apartment nearby, so the door might be locked for an hour. It’s just how it goes when you’re a small team. We get a lot of walk-ins because of where we are situated in the arcade. People pop in while they’re out shopping or running errands. We try to keep things simple. No fancy talk or complicated contracts if we can help it. Just clear information about what’s for rent or sale. The air conditioning in the building struggles sometimes in the peak of summer, but we stick it out. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve gotten to know the other shopkeepers around here pretty well over the years. It feels good to be part of the local community and see familiar faces.
