Hi Choice Properties

Hi Choice Properties is located over at 37 C in the Sector 15 Gulmohar Commercial Complex. We’ve been here for a good while now, just doing our thing with local real estate. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet people. Mostly, we help folks find a spot to rent or buy around this part of town. It gets pretty busy in the complex during the middle of the day, so parking can be a bit of a chore sometimes. We know most of the other shop owners nearby. If you walk in, you’ll probably see a lot of papers on the desks. We don’t really go for the high-end corporate look. It’s just us helping neighbors out. Sometimes people just drop by to ask about what’s happening with the prices in the sector. We give them a straight answer based on what we’ve seen lately. We handle houses, some shops, and the occasional plot of land. It isn't always easy work, especially when the paperwork gets tangled up, but we stay on top of it. We like being in Sector 15 because everything you need is right here. If the lift is acting up, we just take the stairs. It’s just how it goes. We don't have a big fancy website or a marketing team. Word of mouth is usually how people find us, and that seems to work out just fine for everyone involved.
