Guru Nanak Properties

Okhla Industrial Area is a busy place to be. We are located right in the middle of Okhla Industrial Estate. If you’ve ever been here, you know it’s full of trucks and people moving things around. Guru Nanak Properties is based here, and it’s a very practical spot. There’s a lot of dust from the factories, so we have to wipe the desks every morning. It never stays clean for long though. The noise of the machinery is like background music for us now. We’ve got a small office space, nothing too big. Just enough for a couple of chairs and a computer that’s a bit old. Being in the industrial estate means we see a lot of workers and drivers all day. It’s not a quiet neighborhood. Sometimes we grab lunch from the small dhabas nearby. The food is spicy but good. Guru Nanak Properties has been part of this Okhla landscape for a good while. We don’t have a big fancy sign, just a regular one. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful when you walk up. In the monsoon, the roads around here get quite muddy. It makes getting to work an adventure some days. We don’t mind the hustle. It feels like real work is happening here. We just show up, do our tasks, and go home when the sun goes down. It's just Okhla life.
