Gazzelle Real Estate

Gazzelle Real Estate is run out of Flat No 1167 in Arun Vihar. We are over in Sector 37, which is quite close to the Golf Course. Being in a flat makes the whole thing feel a bit more personal, I think. It is not like those big glass offices you see in the city center. We have our desks set up here and this is where we manage all the real estate work. The Golf Course being nearby is a nice touch, and it helps people find us because everyone knows where that is. We have been working out of this Sector 37 location for a while now. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and keeping track of who is moving where. The Arun Vihar area is pretty settled, so we know a lot of the neighbors. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped with all the maps and documents we have laying around, but we manage just fine. It’s a practical way to work. We don’t have a receptionist or anything, so if the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. We do our best to keep track of the local property prices and what is available for rent or sale. It is a straightforward business. We just like being part of the community here and helping out where we can with property needs. It is mostly about knowing who is buying and who is selling.
