Fm 752 Real Estate Services Consultant is on the 1st Floor at C-99 Sector 10. We decided to set up here because Sector 10 is a central place for the kind of work we do. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are looking at documents and property listings. We provide consulting for real estate, which basically means we give our opinion and help with the paperwork. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of reading and checking facts. We don't have a big lobby with fancy lights. It’s just an office where we get work done. We’ve been around the real estate scene for a while and we’ve seen the market go up and down. Our address at C-99 is where we do all our thinking. People come up the stairs when they want to talk about a deal or find out what a plot is worth. We don't use a lot of marketing fluff. We just give it to people straight. It’s a small team here, so you usually talk to the same person every time you call. We like the consistency of working in one place. It’s just a regular local consultancy doing its thing in Sector 10. The office is usually quiet, except for the sound of the printer or someone on the phone.
