Dream Homez Realty

At Dream Homez Realty, we operate out of Gf-11 in the Krishna Apra Plaza. This is in Sector 18, so there's plenty of activity around the building most of the time. Our office is on the ground floor, which is nice because we don’t have to deal with stairs or elevators. We have a glass front, so we can see everyone passing through the plaza. Sometimes we recognize the regulars who work nearby. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and chairs and piles of paper that need filing. We try to keep the place tidy, but when it gets busy, things tend to pile up a bit. We’ve been in this Sector 18 spot for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the building. The plaza has a specific feel to it, kind of busy but also familiar. We spend our hours talking to people about houses and writing down notes in our planners. It isn't a high-tech office; we prefer using physical files for a lot of things. The coffee shop nearby is where we usually go when we need a break from the paperwork. Dealing with property takes up most of our energy. We just show up every morning, open the shop, and see what the day brings. It’s a simple way to run things, and it works for us here in the plaza. There isn't anything fancy about it, just a place for work.
