You can find Dream Homez Realty at Shop No. Gf-11 in the Krishna Apra Plaza. We are right in Sector-18, which is a pretty active part of the neighborhood. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for us to see what's happening in the plaza. We see people walking by all day, mostly locals or folks heading to other shops. Our shop isn't very big, so we have to stay pretty organized with our folders and ledger books. We’ve got a couple of chairs tucked in the corner for anyone who needs to sit down for a minute. The light in the plaza can be a bit dim in the afternoons, but we have our desk lamps. Sometimes we get distracted by the noise from the other shops, but that's just how it is in a place like Krishna Apra Plaza. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good bit now. It’s a convenient location for us because everything we need is close by. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at floor plans. It gets a little cramped when more than two people are in here at once, but we make it work. We don't have any fancy decorations, just the stuff we need to get through the day's work. It's a straightforward shop for a straightforward business. We just keep our heads down and handle the paperwork.
