Dhawan Properties

Our office for Dhawan Properties is at G 85 on the Main Road in Sector 21. It’s right next to C Block, so we get all the noise and energy from the main thoroughfare. Being on the main road means there’s always something happening right outside the window. We spend a lot of time just watching the traffic while we wait for the phone to ring. The office itself is quite narrow. We had to line up the desks along the wall just to make sure there was a path to walk to the back. We have a small sink in the corner and a pile of old newspapers that we use to keep the glass tables clean. It’s not the most modern setup, but it works for us. We’ve got maps of Sector 21 taped to the walls so we can show people exactly where things are. Most of the people who come in are locals who live just a few blocks away. We know most of them by name now. It’s a lot of sitting and talking, really. We talk about the new shops opening up or the road repairs that never seem to finish. We drink tea, look at property listings, and try to stay cool when the sun hits the front of the building. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us here. No big corporate stuff, just a small office on a busy street trying to get through the paperwork.
