Dharma Properties

Our little spot, Dharma Properties, is tucked away in Naya Bans Sec-15. If you are looking for us, we are right across from the Narula Hotel, which helps because people use that as a landmark when they get lost. The office is pretty small, honestly. There’s barely enough room for three people to sit comfortably if someone brings a guest. We have these heavy curtains to keep the afternoon sun out because it hits the front window pretty hard. Most days, we just deal with whatever walk-ins come through the door. Some are looking for a place to rent, others just want to know what the prices are doing this month. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. New buildings going up where there used to be empty lots. We usually have the radio on low in the background, playing some old songs while we sort through the folders. The floor is a bit scuffed from all the people coming in with dirty shoes, but we don't mind much. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We get our lunch from the stalls nearby and eat right at our desks most of the time. It’s a simple routine. We show up, talk to the locals, handle the property papers, and go home when the sun starts to set. It’s just how it goes for us in Sector 15. We aren't doing anything fancy, just being here and doing the work.
