Delhi R K Property

Our place is located at F-363 in Sector 40, right near the Shiv Mandir. It is easy to find if you know where the temple is. Delhi R K Property has been operating out of this small office for some time now. We deal with whatever comes through the door, mostly local flats and plots around this sector. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years and more buildings are going up every day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people at different sites. It is not a glamorous job. There is a lot of waiting around for paperwork to get stamped or for someone to show up for a viewing. We try to be honest about what a place looks like because nobody likes wasting their time. The office is a bit cramped sometimes when more than two people visit at once, but we make it work somehow. We have tea brewing most mornings. Sector 40 is a good area and fairly quiet compared to the main roads. Most of our work is just connecting people who have a house with people who need one. We do not use any fancy software, just a lot of notebooks and our memory. It is just us here, keeping things running as best as we can. If you see the temple, you are basically at our doorstep. We are usually around from the morning until the sun goes down in the evening.
