Defence Properties

We are located at Shop No 36 on the ground floor of the Omaxe Arcade in Sector 36. Being near NRI City makes it pretty easy for people to spot us. Defence Properties is just a local business where we handle houses and commercial spots. It’s a basic office, nothing too over the top. We spend a lot of our time talking to owners and checking out new spots that open up in the sector. It’s a lot of coordination. You have to make sure the seller and the buyer are actually on the same page, which takes more time than you’d think. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re some huge corporation. We’re just people who know the Omaxe Arcade area well. The coffee machine breaks sometimes and we have to go out to get some, but otherwise, someone is usually at the desk. We handle the paperwork, the keys, and the meetings. It’s busy work but it keeps us moving. If you are walking around the arcade, you’ll see our sign. People often drop in just to ask what the prices are doing lately. We tell them the truth, even if it’s not what they want to hear. That’s just the way we operate. No fluff, just the facts about the local property market here in Sector 36. It is what it is, and we just try to keep things moving forward for everyone involved.
