Our office is on the first floor of Plot G-9 in Sector 63. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to Fortis Hospital, which is the big landmark everyone uses around here. Commercial Property Dealers has been in this sector for quite some time now. Sector 63 is very industrial and commercial, so there are always trucks and workers moving around. Our building is a simple one, and once you come up to the first floor, you’ll find us in a room filled with cabinets and desks. It’s a very practical space. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything like that. We mostly focus on the factories and office spaces around this area. The dust from the road construction and the general traffic can be a lot, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We usually have the fan going and the tea kettle on. Most of our work involves talking to business owners who are looking for a new spot to set up. We have spent so much time walking around these blocks that we know exactly where every plot and building is located. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We handle all the paperwork right here at these desks, and there is always someone coming in with a question about a lease or a sale in the local area.
