We are based at J 51 in Sector 18, which is just a short walk from the Pizza Hut. Since that is a landmark most people recognize, it usually makes it easier for folks to find our door. Being an estate agent means you have to be ready for anything. We handle all sorts of things like houses, small shops, or even larger spaces if they come up. Sector 18 is a place that is always buzzing with energy, so we never really have a boring day. We have a small office where we keep the records and meet with anyone who stops by. It gets a little bit cluttered sometimes with all the files and various maps we have lying around on the desks. We have seen the property market go up and down quite a bit over the years we have been here. We are not the type of people to use big words or hand out those shiny brochures. We just talk to people plainly and see what they are actually looking for. If you need a place that is close to the main road or maybe something a bit quieter, we do our best to find it. It takes a lot of driving around and checking the actual condition of the buildings. Sometimes the legal paperwork is a real headache, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a decent living and we enjoy being part of the local community.
