If you’re driving down the Main D S C Road in Gautam Budh Nagar, you’ll find us on the first floor of the Balaji Building. We’re right near Haldoni Modh, which is a busy little intersection. It’s a noisy spot with all the traffic, but it makes us easy to find. We’ve been working as property dealers here for several years. The office isn't anything special, just a room with some desks and chairs where we meet people. We spend a lot of our day out in the sun looking at sites or meeting owners. Dealing with property in this part of town means knowing the backroads and the local history. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most of what we do comes from people just walking up the stairs or calling us because they saw our sign. It’s a rough and ready kind of business. We deal with the documents and the disputes and the negotiations. It can be a headache sometimes, but we’re used to it. We try to be fair and keep things moving. There’s a lot of growth happening around Haldoni Modh, and we’re right in the middle of it. We’re just local guys trying to make a living by helping people find a bit of land. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We don't even mind the noise from the road anymore.
