Buniyad Real Estate Services

Buniyad Real Estate Services operates out of G-57-58 in Sector 18. This part of town is always moving, and our office is no different. It’s a bit of a compact space, filled with desks, land maps, and stacks of property documents. We spend most of our time talking to people about where they want to live or where they want to set up their own small shops. It isn't a high-pressure environment; we mostly just sit around and discuss what’s available on the market over some snacks. The air conditioner hums in the background, trying its best to keep the heat out. We’ve been in this sector for a bit now, so we know the local streets and the shortcuts pretty well. People walk in with all sorts of questions about plots and rentals. We don't have any scripted answers for them. We just tell them what we know from being around here every day. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait for the files to load, which gives us a chance to catch up on the local news. It’s a basic real estate office where the focus is on getting the paperwork right and making sure everyone knows what they’re signing. It’s just us doing our job in the middle of a busy commercial hub.
