You can find Bhumi Realtors over at Plot No 30 in B Block, Sector 9. We are situated right opposite the Sector 20 police station, which makes it easy for people to find our location. We have been working in this sector for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent talking to people about houses and shops in the nearby blocks. It’s a straightforward business we run here. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for us to meet with people and go over property details. We know the layout of Sector 9 and Sector 20 like the back of our hand because we are always out and about. Sometimes it’s hot outside, but we still make sure to go and see every plot we talk about. We aren't interested in being a big corporate firm. We like being the local guys people can just talk to without any pressure. If someone is looking to buy or sell, they usually just drop in. We keep our records in simple files and try to make sure everyone understands what’s happening with their deals. Being across from the police station means it’s a quiet and safe spot for an office. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, with new buildings going up everywhere. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out, helping neighbors with their property needs. It’s just us doing our work every single day.
