Bhatia Properties

Bhatia Properties has an office at 208 Sector 12 in Noida, which is right by the Noida Stadium. Having the stadium so close is actually quite nice because it’s a major landmark and everyone knows where it is. We’ve been working out of this Sector 12 location for several years now. Noida is a fast-growing city and there is always something new being built or someone moving in from out of town. We handle a lot of different types of properties, from small apartments for young professionals to bigger houses for families. Our office isn't very large, but we have enough space to sit down and go over the details with anyone who stops by. We aren't the type of people to use big words or try to sell you on things you don't need. We just listen to what someone is looking for and then try to find something that fits. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and checking in with other owners. The area around the stadium is usually quite lively, especially in the evenings when people come out for walks. We enjoy being a part of this community and knowing the ins and outs of the local streets. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just show up, keep our records updated, and talk to people honestly about what’s out there. It’s a busy life but it’s interesting to see how the city keeps changing around us.
