We are over at 276 in the Ganga Shopping Complex in Sector 29. It’s a good location because people are always coming through the complex for one thing or another, especially in the evenings when it gets quite lively. Bhardwaj Realtors has been here for a good bit now and we’ve become a part of the daily rhythm of this place. You’ll see us around, maybe grabbing a quick snack from the corner stall or talking to the other shop owners about the weather. Our office isn't very large and the air conditioner sometimes makes a loud humming noise, but it’s got everything we need to help folks with property. We handle a bit of everything, from retail spaces in the complex to apartments tucked away in the quieter parts of Sector 29. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of experts in suits. It’s mostly just us using what we’ve learned over the years to help people make sense of the local market prices. Some days are spent driving around to look at new listings and other days we are just stuck inside dealing with piles of legal documents and phone calls. It can be tiring, but it’s honest work. We don't make promises we can't keep just to close a deal. If something isn't going to work out, we just say so. People appreciate that we don't waste their time with fancy talk. We know the Ganga Shopping Complex inside out and the sector even better.
