Aditya Estates Advisors

Aditya Estates Advisors is located on GT Road, right by the Ghanta Ghar and near the Kotwali. We are in the Ansal Fortune Arcade on the ground floor, which is very close to the HDFC Bank. It is a really busy part of the city to work in. There is always a lot of noise coming from the road and people walking past the windows. Our office is quite easy to get to since we are right there on the ground floor. We have been in this arcade for a good amount of time now. Local people know us as the property folks who don’t make a big fuss about things. We just sit down, listen to what someone is looking for, and see if we can find something that fits. It involves a lot of phone calls and checking in with other people we know in the trade. We do not have a corporate handbook or anything fancy like that. We just use our heads and what we have learned from being in this business for years. The area around Ghanta Ghar is always changing, so we have to stay on our toes to know what is happening. Sometimes the bank next door gets really crowded and it gets a bit loud in here, but we don’t really mind. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything.
