You can find Aditya Estate Advisors at 39 Sector 18, right in the Ansal Fortune Plaza on the ground floor. It is a pretty well-known building in this part of town, so most people don't have trouble finding it. We have been here since the plaza was first opened. Being on the ground floor is very handy because people can just walk right in off the street without having to look for a lift. We are advisors, which mostly means we spend our time talking to people about where they should live or what they should buy. It involves a lot of listening on our part. Everyone has a different idea of what they are looking for in a home. Our office isn't huge, but it is enough for us to sit down with someone and look at some charts or photos of buildings. We don't try to sound like those big city firms with their fancy language. We are just local people who know the Sector 18 area inside and out. We have seen property prices go up and down over the years and we just tell people the truth about it. There is no point in sugar-coating things when it involves someone's money. Sometimes we are out visiting different sites, so the office might be empty for an hour or two. But usually, someone is around to answer the phone or talk to a visitor.
