Niravana Foods & Restaurant

Our shop is at Number 7 in Noida, Sector 82. We are right across from the main gate of Vivek Vihar, which is a big residential area. Having all those houses nearby means we get a lot of people stopping in on their way home from work or just coming over for a quick bite. The 201304 area has changed a lot with all the new buildings, but we just keep doing our thing. It is a small place, nothing too grand. We spend the morning getting the ingredients ready and setting up the counter. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just want to make sure the food tastes okay and that people don't have to wait too long. The kitchen can get a bit cramped when we have three people working in there at once, but we make it work. We handle our own cleaning and we pick out the vegetables ourselves. It is a lot of standing on your feet all day, but that is the business. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Most of our customers live right across the road in Vivek Vihar, so they just walk over. It is a simple neighborhood spot. We just focus on the daily grind and keeping our regular customers coming back.
