New Punjabi Tadka

New Punjabi Tadka is located at B-38, Sector 116 in Noida. We are right near the Jm Orchid Apartment complex. Since we are so close to the apartments, we see a lot of the same people every week. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main parts of Noida, but it still has its busy times. Our shop is quite small. We spend a lot of our time doing deliveries to the nearby buildings. You can see our delivery bikes parked out front most of the time. Inside, there isn't much space for sitting, just a couple of tables if someone really wants to eat here. We focus more on getting the food out to the people in the 201305 area. The kitchen is where most of the action happens. It’s always crowded with containers and bags. We have a small stove and a sink that we use all day long. My brother helps me with the orders while I do the cooking. It’s not a big operation. We don't have a website or any fancy advertisements. People just find us because they live nearby or they see our sign when they are walking their dogs. It is just a regular way to make a living. We keep the place as clean as we can and just hope for a good day of business. The Noida weather can be tough, either too hot or too dusty, so we spend a lot of time wiping things down. It is an endless job here.
