We are based at A/9 Sector 16 under the name Motherson Techno Tools Pvt Ltd. Despite the long name, we’re just a bunch of regular folks working in a tool shop. Sector 16 is a good area for this kind of work, and we’ve been in this particular spot for a good number of years. The shop floor is where most of the action happens. It’s usually loud with the sound of tools and equipment running, but that’s just part of the job. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of that corporate stuff. There’s a small office near the front where we keep the paperwork, but most of us are usually out back. We’ve got some heavy machinery that takes up a lot of space, so you have to watch your step when you walk through. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk or trying to sell ourselves. We figure if we do the work right, people will keep coming back to Sector 16 to see us. It’s a simple philosophy, I guess. We have some younger guys learning the ropes and some older guys who have been here since the start. It’s a mix that works well for us. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep the machines running smooth. If you need us, we’re usually there from early morning until late afternoon.
