We are over in Sector-57 of Noida, at A-79B. It is a typical industrial area, so there are lots of other offices and warehouses around us. Our building is a simple, square structure that does not really stand out. Inside, we have set things up to be as practical as possible. We do a lot of design and consulting work, so the desks are usually covered in large sheets of paper and various folders. There is a hum from the air conditioning unit that we have all gotten used to over the years. We do not have any of those fancy modern office features like bean bags or espresso machines. We just have a small table in the corner where we sit to have our lunch and chat about things other than work. The lighting is good enough for us to see the fine details on our plans. Most of us have been working together in this same spot for a long time, so we have a routine that works. The commute through Noida can be a bit tiring, but the office itself is a quiet place to focus once you get inside. We keep our archives in some old metal cabinets that have been with us since we started. It is a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of place. We just show up and do the work that needs doing.
