Finding Cvk Architects isn't too hard if you know where Balaji Enclave is in Greater Noida West. Our office is tucked away in Tower No-7, right on the first floor at FG-104. It is part of the extension area, close to Crossing Republik, which is always buzzing with new buildings going up. We spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors about brickwork and plumbing. It is a practical job. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of rolled-up papers. Being in Noida 201305 puts us right where the action is for new housing. Sometimes the dust from the nearby construction sites gets into the office, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. We handle the design side of things, trying to figure out how to fit everything into a floor plan without it feeling cramped. Most of the people who come to see us are just locals looking to build something on their plot. We talk about walls, windows, and where the stairs should go. It is a lot of back and forth. Living and working around here means we know the local roads and the shortcuts. We just keep our heads down and do the drafting. It is a regular office where we try to get things done right the first time.
