Transcend Architect Pvt Ltd is found at Sector 63, specifically in unit 101. It is a pretty standard office space where we do all our drafting and planning. We have a few desks set up and there is always someone on the phone talking to a contractor or a client about some detail that needs changing. Sector 63 is a busy place with a lot of other businesses around, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle a lot of different kinds of projects here, from bigger commercial buildings to small residential stuff. It’s never really the same thing two days in a row. Sometimes we are stuck inside all day doing technical drawings that make your eyes hurt, and other times we are out walking around a muddy site in boots. We don't really bother with the fancy marketing talk you see with some of the bigger firms. We are just a group of people who like building things and figuring out how to make a design work in the real world. There is a lot of paperwork and meeting with officials, which isn't the fun part, but it has to be done. We just try to stay on top of the schedule and make sure the projects we take on actually get finished without too many major disasters along the way. It’s a lot of work, but we enjoy the process.
